Real Allegro order profitability directly in PrestaShop

Allegro Fees, Commissions and Order Profitability retrieves every settlement entry assigned to a specific order through the Allegro API and presents it clearly on the order page in the PrestaShop back office.

Sales commissions, delivery charges and the final financial result are available in one place together with order revenue and product purchase costs. There is no need to search for the order in Sales Center or combine figures from several screens manually.

Allegro fees and commissions assigned to the order

• Automatic settlement retrieval from the Allegro API using the order number stored by the x13 module.
• The most important charges in a clear list, including sales commissions and delivery fees.
• Right-aligned amounts and a separate total for all settlement entries.
• Expandable commission details showing unit price, quantity, delivery value, number of offers, category commission rate, commission per item and total commission.
• Product and combination name displayed with the calculation details so the charge can be linked to the correct order item.
• Direct link to Allegro Sales Center settlements for the current order.

Order financial result

A separate panel calculates the actual sales result using order data and the standard PrestaShop “Cost price / Purchase price (excl. tax)” field.

• retail value excluding and including tax,
• total purchase cost excluding and including tax,
• delivery amount collected from the customer excluding tax,
• Allegro fees and commissions excluding tax,
• final markup and margin after all costs are included,
• net profit highlighted in green or net loss highlighted in red.

The financial result panel also works for non-Allegro orders, but Allegro fees are neither displayed nor included in those calculations. The “Allegro fees and commissions” panel is shown only for marketplace orders.

Missing-data checks

• Missing purchase cost – the module identifies the product or combination without a cost price and warns that the calculated result may be overstated.
• Delivery fee not yet charged – for an undelivered parcel, the module explains that the Allegro settlement and the order result are still provisional.
• Refresh after delivery – when the parcel status changes to delivered, costs are checked again immediately without waiting for the previous cache to expire.

Fast order pages and efficient API usage

Settlement data is cached separately for every order. The module asks Allegro only about the order currently being opened – it does not download the entire sales history in the background.

• undelivered orders: automatic refresh no more than once per hour,
• delivered orders: automatic refresh no more than once every 24 hours,
• manual refresh of the current order using the icon in the panel header,
• visible date and time of the latest data retrieval.

This cache makes repeated order-page visits fast and prevents unnecessary Allegro API requests.

Secure Allegro account authorisation

The seller account is connected from the module configuration page. OAuth access is renewed automatically and uses only the permissions required to read settlement data. Allegro login credentials are never stored by the module.

Compatibility and requirements

• PrestaShop 8 or PrestaShop 9,
• an active Allegro seller account with access to settlement data,
• the x13 module importing Allegro orders and storing their identifiers,
• the “Cost price / Purchase price (excl. tax)” field completed for products and combinations when the result should include the real cost of goods.

Licence and updates

During purchase, select the licensed domain and choose either a free 14-day trial or the full module with 12 months of updates. The licence is assigned to the selected domain, while module updates are secured and verified before installation.

Server requirement

ionCube Loader 15.0 or newer is required. It is a free PHP extension commonly available in hosting control panels.
