Payment methods

Pay using a method available and clearly identified in the cart. Before confirming an Order, you will see the total price and selected payment method.

Transaction security

Connections to Prestino.pl are encrypted with HTTPS. Electronic payments are handled by the external operator identified at checkout. Prestino does not receive full card details or online-banking login credentials. We receive the payment status from the operator and use it to begin fulfilment. We never ask you to email passwords, BLIK codes, one-time codes or full card details.

Confirmation and invoices

An order confirmation is sent to the email address supplied. An invoice uses your order information and is provided as explained at purchase.

Failed or interrupted payments

If payment is interrupted or its status does not update correctly, do not repeat the transaction many times. Check your bank history and order status, then contact support@prestino.pl with the order number. Do not send card information or bank login credentials.
