Digital products

Prestino sells digital content: modules and extensions for PrestaShop. We do not ship physical products and do not charge courier or postal delivery fees.

How you receive your module

Once payment is confirmed, we provide the module without delay through your Prestino customer account, a download link sent to the email address used for the order, or another method expressly stated on the product page.

Before buying, check your email address and the licence domain of the shop where the module will be used.

Licence and updates

A full licence is assigned to one production-shop domain and is perpetual. It may also be used in a related non-public testing or development environment.

A full licence includes 365 days of feature updates and technical support. After that period, the downloaded version continues to work indefinitely. Updates necessary to maintain conformity with the contract are provided for the period required by law.

Where a trial licence is offered, the standard trial period in the terms is 30 days. The exact duration and price of the selected plan are shown before you order. The Kaufland module has no demo plan.

Installation

Installation, configuration and custom changes are not included unless the product offer says otherwise. Back up the shop files and database before installation or updates. We recommend testing changes in a test environment first.

Download problems

If the file or licence is not available after payment confirmation, check your spam folder and order details, then contact support@prestino.pl with the order number and the email address used for the purchase.
